Booking Appointments: Appointments can be booked online through our website. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred date and time. A deposit is required to secure your scheduled appointment.
Confirmation: Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session. Please review the details to ensure accuracy.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via email 201frostnj@gmail.com. This allows us to offer the slot to another client and ensures our staff's time is utilized efficiently.
Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the treatment cost.
No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the session.
Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This ensures you have ample time to prepare and enjoy the full duration of your treatment.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client's appointment. Full charges will apply.
Special Offers: Any special offers or discounts must be mentioned at the time of booking to be applied.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and gift certificates.
